EMCOMET was founded in Mendoza in 1984 and has gained trust and credibility from our clients. Our main activity was directed towards electromechanical, metallurgic and civil constructions and assembly.

Its over 25 years of experience have helped build an outstanding trajectory. EMCOMET has successfully participated in various industrial projects for highly demanding customers in different fields such as oil, gas, cement, glass and power generation and distribution.

In 2001, because of the market needs and customers demands of the days, EMCOMET started targeting towards the provision of capital goods, assembly in work and start-up, while continuing with the development and manufacture of electromechanical equipment, for the oil industry and related fields.

These equipments, designed with accurate intellectual and technological advances, allowed us to open up to new business opportunities and generated a strong impact on the substitution of importation as well as in the integration of them.

In September, 2004, EMCOMET received the first prize on the Technological Innovation contest (held in Mendoza, organized by the Ministry of Economy, Idits and Asinmet, during the ExpoMetalmecácica Convention) for the Lube Oil Systems. These equipments are used to assist continuous processing oil pumps, injecting pressurized water into oil wells for secondary recuperation.

In 2008, accordingly with the new objectives, EMCOMET got its Certification of the Standards for Quality Management Systems according to the ISO 9001 edition 2000. Also, the authorization to construct pressurized containers, which can be supplied with the authorized "U" Stamp, under Section VIII-Div.1

Currently, EMCOMET counts with the resources and infrastructure needed to design, manufacture and commercialize electromechanical equipment, pressurized containers and services associated with the installation and starting of equipment, meeting the national and international demands of this field.
